Total Life Changes Testimony: She has lost 65 lbs

 

After this challenge, I finally feel like myself again. I feel extremely proud of myself, having lost 10 pounds (65 total pounds down)! I have gained a Total Life Change by changing my mindset.

 

I now understand that through consistency and taking my products daily. I can truly do absolutely anything that I put my mind to.

During this challenge I worked out twice a day, drank a gallon of water, and went pescatarian by eating only seafood and vegetables.
